Booking Instructions

  • Customers must make their booking directly with the Partner using the method stated below.
  • Bookings must be made at least 24 hours in advance of the desired experience date.
  • The experience may be subject to availability. Customers are encouraged to book early to avoid disappointment.
  • The customer must make the company aware of the Exploring Antigua experience/promotion and the experience ID at the time of booking.

  • * The experience is applicable for 1 boat charter. The maximum capacity/group size is based on the charter selected.
  • Users may redeem this experience once per pass only.
  • Reuse of the same experience with the same pass is not permitted.
  • If the user purchases a separate pass that includes this experience again, they may redeem it again under the new pass.
  • Customers must make their booking directly with the Partner using the method stated below.
  • Bookings must be made at least 24 hours in advance of the desired experience date.
  • The experience may be subject to availability. Customers are encouraged to book early to avoid disappointment.
  • The customer must make the company aware of the Exploring Antigua experience/promotion and the experience ID at the time of booking.
  • Customers must comply with any experience-specific policies communicated by the Partner (e.g., age restrictions, dress code, safety briefings).
  • Cancellations should follow the policy outlined below. Failure to attend a confirmed booking may result in forfeiture of the experience.

Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations made more than 24 hours prior to the charter date will incur no charge.
  • Cancellations made within 24 hours of the charter date will result in a charge of $150USD 
  • No-shows will be charged 50% of the charter cost.
