Booking Instructions

  • Customers must make their booking directly with the Partner using the method stated below.
  • Bookings must be made at least 24 hours in advance of the desired experience date.
  • The experience may be subject to availability. Customers are encouraged to book early to avoid disappointment.
  • The customer must make the company aware of the Exploring Antigua experience/promotion and the experience ID at the time of booking.

  • The experience is applicable for up to 75 people or 1 private boat charter.
  • Users may redeem this experience once per pass only.
  • Reuse of the same experience with the same pass is not permitted.
  • If the user purchases a separate pass that includes this experience again, they may redeem it again under the new pass.

Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations are accepted without penalty up to 24 hours prior to the scheduled booking time.
  • No refunds will be issued for cancellations made on the day of the booking.
